Rules and Regulations for the Property of Parkview apartments:

Dear Tenants,

In order to create a family friendly home and safe positive atmosphere we ask you to please respect the grounds and treat the premise like a home.

Smokers:

Please keep a decent ashtray! Littering cigarette butts on the parking lot and commons is unacceptable.

 Guests:

You are responsible for your guest’s actions, vandalizing, and littering.  You wouldn’t let a guest leave trash in your living room, please don’t let your guests leave trash in our commons.

Noise:

 Please be respectful to your neighbors when being outside. If one of your neighbors is being too loud, you are welcome to kindly say so.

Parties:

This is a crime free zone.   

Theft, vandalizing and general misconduct will not be tolerated.

Have a good time, but don’t allow any kind of behavior that could be viewed as threatening to anyone.  Remember, you are responsible for your guests.

If you see anything fishy please do something about it and report it to management!
